A direct access to the data of your vehicle is not possible. You can request a BMW CarData data archive for your vehicle via the BMW ConnectedDrive Customer Portal. The BMW CarData data archive contains the telematics data that your vehicle transmits to the BMW server with the last value stored on the BMW server.

In some cases, older vehicles (built before 2014) may not have the necessary technology for the app and therefore cannot be added. If your vehicle was manufactured from 2014 onwards and an error occurs, log off from the app in the "More" tab on the "Profile" page and then log on again. Alternatively, you can try to add your vehicle via the BMW ConnectedDrive web portal (www.bmw-connecteddrive.com). If the error(s) persist, please go to the "About" page in the "More" tab of the app to find the contact information for your local support centre.

No, because BMW CarData is a free service from BMW ConnectedDrive. BMW CarData requires an active BMW ConnectedDrive contract. You do not need to book any other BMW ConnectedDrive Services in order to use CarData.

All invoices can be found in the BMW ConnectedDrive Portal. In the menu "My Account" select "My Invoices". Here you have the option of viewing your invoices digitally, over a certain timeframe as well as downloading the invoices.
