If you have been using BMW ConnectedDrive for some time and have never logged into your BMW ConnectedDrive Customer Portal on the Internet, you can login with your old username or vehicle login and use the associated password. No reimbursement is possible for the remainder of the services' runtime. You can delete your home charging points, Wallboxes and vehicles in the BMW charging portal. If you only remove your BMW i Wallbox Connect or your vehicle, the charging history is still retained. Only by deleting your home charging location will the complete charging history of this charging location be removed. The deleted data cannot be recovered.
